You got to love the internet. Shot my first Canadian Goose this morning with my uncle and 9 year old son...... when i got home I realized I was in a delemia.... I can gut, skin,& butcher my own deer. But have never done a goose. Several calls to firends landed voice-mail. Where did I turn? Google. Yours was the top result for "breasting a Canadian Goose". WORKED LIKE A CHAMP!!!!
